What quests are needed to make forging items with fiona? Can a level 70 dexless sin like me make something?

i looked up the forging items on basil and it said you need to do some quests with taggrin before you can make items

do u have the necessary items for ur furys? and have u tried forging them without doing the wuest and got rejected?

i dont haev all the items i need the black crystals, feathers, and harmony but i just want to know if i will be able to make it without doing quests. i havent tried making them or else i wouldn't be making this thread
