iTCG card glitch

Hey Everyone! :D This is to regards the whole iTCG glitch thing. I logged a ticket with all the codes that I used and it still hasn't been answered for quite sometime since it's been "escalated" To those who have had the same problem in the past, could you tell me what they did? Did they compensate you or get the items you lost back or something? D: Please help! Thanks!

NEXON IS working on this issue, and due to the huge volume of helpdesk tickets on this very issue, there is a delay in expediting fixes, as well as responses. I don't speak for NEXON in any way shape or form, but being one of the MANY that have been hit by this, I can only suggest that you be patient.
