What does capping stats mean, as in "should I cap my dex"? Someone please explain to me, Thank You :D

It's a maximum amount. As a bishop, I capped my luck to have more int. Dexless sins cap their dex.

Capping : to stop adding points into a stat point, Example a lvl 70 sader should cap dex at 70.

Example... Hey I dont want any more dex cuz I want to be low dexed! I have 50 Dex! Thats enough! I'll let it stay like that forever and add it to str instead now! Horray! I capped my dex at 50!
