once in a while on maplestory my keys get messed up and like i cant press enter or it will window my ms and i cant press esc to close chats ect, cuz it goes out of full screen to my desktop. i was in pq both times this happened i couldnt type to tell my party i hard problems so i pressed F4 (Without alt) and bam maplestory closes. only way ive been able to fix it is restarting*, im thinking it may be some weird key combinations im pressing that makes it happen, but idk. if anyone knows anything about it help would be great, thanks =D.

Maybe your alt key is acting up b/c alt+enter goes ton window mode. alt+esc goes to desktop and alt+F4 closes.. your alt button's probably messed up?

hmm my alt key, is there sum way that it can screw up or lock on vista? or is this a keyboard issue?

Happened to me on my Saitek Eclipse keyboard. The right alt key was sliding down and activating. My solution was taking the right ALT key out. Or you can just push ALT to get it unstuck.

Just tap your Alt key firmly a couple of times. It's happened to me before. No big deal.

Sticky keys, maybe literally, lol. Sounds like stickykeys, though. Disable all ease of access features.

this happens to me, and once i cant talk on MS, i cant write out of MS either. So ihave this Microsoft Word document on my desktop, and when i double clcik it doesnt open, it comes up with some properties kinda thing, so i click ok, then right click open on the document and it seems to be fixed. i have no idea what causes it. Also in some other thread, some guy said that he just changed the jump button to something other than ALT and the problem was fixed. (my computer is Vista too)

nah..its not his ALT key and neither is it sticky keys, i get it too, ive had to restart my comp quite afew times, and it wouldn't be sticky keys since straight after my comp turns on from restarting, i go on ms, no time for me to turn on sticky keys~

Press both alt keys at once, and try and type? I'm not sure if that fixes it, but a friend of mine had success after I told him to do it.
