Upgrading with 470m?

Well, I'd like to know a wise way to spend this money, to give me the most bang for my buck. I currently have... -10ATT WG -13STR Top -11DEX Bottom -70/10 Fury Claw -3/6STR PAC -Deputy Star -45HP Earrings -16/17/15/15 ZHelm -9Speed Shoes (1STR, 8DEX Shoes at level 60.) 50 Base DEX, 83 Total. I want to get a total of 100DEX, and I'd just like the wisest way to spend my money. Thanks to all suggestions.

get dex earrings upgrade to 12 atk wg 4/10 str pac scroll zhelm w/ 70% helm acc

8-10 Earrings. Or get a 25-27DEX Robe for 400m+.

give me 70 mill, then sell the earrings to get dex earrings, get a FS and scroll with dex, get a better work glove.

Might I ask why you need 70m? :P FS are too expensive, and are DEX Earrings really worth it? They're a bit on the expensive side. D:

it looks like ur almost at 100 dex. you'll have 91 total with ur lvl 60 shoes so get 9 dex earrings to get the rest

Don't bother with earrings. 3/10 dex pac A dex overall or better dex pants

9 dex should be about 50 - 55 mil. this way you'll be able to focus on getting better str equips

Gah. I hate upgrading. Too many options. It's hard to find 3 or 4ATT PACs scrolled with something these days. They're all chaos-scrolled. >___<;;
