New Hackshield and joypads?

I recently just bought a logitech dual action controller for my comp, and after reading many things on the internet about playing maple with JoyToKey and your joypad, i wanted to give it a go, obviously. After configuring everything and being happy about how it was working on windows, i started maple, and my controller didnt work. =O I think its because of the new hackshield, which blocks these kinda 3rd party progs out, but people beforehand have played maple with controllers, like the tuts i saw on youtube. My question is, did i just miss out cause of this hackshield update? or is it something else? if not, does anyone know a keyboard to joypad mapping program that works with hackshield/maple? i did try a few others, and they all didnt work. Thanks in advance!

I'm using maple with joy2key right now and it works fine for me so it's gotta be some other issue you're having.

Try Xpadder, I prefer it over Joy2Key for the UI. It didn't work when they had GG but now with HackShield, Xpadder is working just fine.

Try another game. if it works with another game, when running maple, run a diagnostic test, or to see if the buttons work then.

Use Profiler. The program that came with your Joypad ( I have the exact same one as you.) When you open maple, if it doesnt work, Window it and Click "Play Mplestory" again. It works for me, in fact, I'm using mine now .
