I am lvl85 about ot lvl up, I have 30 arrow rain, 11 strafe and 5 mortal blow. For next 3 skill points, should i put on strafe or inferno or puppet? really need this info thanks

1 inferno, 1 puppet and 1 strafe. After that pump them all into strafe and then max puppet.

Check the Skill Build Guide. It depends on where you are training and where you plan to train.

i also have another question, does inferno stun at all? i put 1on inferno and it doesn't stun monster

Inferno doesn't stun. Why would you think it does?

But the skill description clearly states that it doesn't, while Arrow Bomb's does.

link i read that and i do not agree i would just say inferno and for stun it cant do anything but it makes up for the fact that crossbowmen get no status in 2nd job and we get stun its only fair they get freeze.
