I've seen lots and lots of threads asking about ways to make money that not merchanting or making the quests from the Money Making quests' guide. So I decided to make this breaf guide on how to make some easy moneyduring your Maple life. Level 0~10 From level to 10 use the equip your character first had and change it for the razor giving on Maple Island. Do the quests to level and sell what you don't need, you won't make much money on those levels. Level 11~20 Do hpq with a party that let you get the rice cake hat and sell it for some extra mesos. Do the quests to level or just go to pig mini dungeon. If you using the pots given by quests and all, you'll have about 500k+ by level 20. Level 21~30 Ariant PQ: sell wins if you don't mind leveling slower. You may be able to get a chair from Ariant PQ. (get 200 PQ points and talk to Abdulah) Those chairs are worth about 4~7m in Scania. KPQ: you can also do KPQ for exp and try getting a squishy shoe to sell when Karma Scissors are out on Cash Shop. But there is no date for them to be out, so if you don't think you want to wait for the profit, or doesn't want to use nx on it, just stick with Ariant PQ. By the end of level 30 you can have 7m+, depending on how much you sold your chair for, if you got one chair or two and if you sold wins on Ariant PQ or no. Estimative: if you sell each win for 10k (cheap) and do the 200 pqs needed for a chair losing on 1 vs 1 you'll have an extra 2m added to the price of chair. Level 31~50 CPQ: -sell wins (300k for rank A is how much people are offering now.) -coin farm (get the max coins you can and get necklaces or equips to sell: getting Gepharts and NPCing for max meso ratio(?)*) Quests: no need, but you can make the money making quests (look at the stickies for a thread about them) or simply make all quests and sell anything valuable you get. Trainning places: Amoria - Purple Plains, hunting Sakura Cellions is a good way of making mesos. Level 51~70 LMPQ all the way: by the start of level 51 you may have at least 10m if you did sell wins on Ariant PQ and sold your chair and also coin farmed+ sold wins on CPQ. Spend some 100k on white pots and mana elixirs and head to Ludibrium. After a few pqs you'll have more than sufficient pots to use on pq without spending your mesos. Then, save only the pots you use and sell all other pots, NPC or if you are a bit more patient merchant them on FM. If you are lucky to get watermelons, elixirs and power elixirs you can get really good money while LMPQing. By level 70 you may be able to have 20m+. Unless you are a slow warrior, you probably wont need a hog, unless you like it's look. But how you spend what you earn is your bussiness, not mine. Trainning places: Phantom Forest, hunting Leprechauns is a good way of getting fast money after level 50. Level 71~85 MPQ may give you some pots, but is a major pot burning, unless you have a priest, so, it's time to grid? Windraiders at lower ascent give good exp and a relatively good meso a

Is this guide only about from PQS? You didn't add quests? I was just wondering why. edit: Your higher level money making a bit plain... Says Zakum runs hosting. Most of these just give out titles but are a bit plain. Is it possible to explain them more?

not bad, short and sweet. covers all the basics. for cpq. i'd like to say that buying gepharts from the cpq NPC and then selling them at a regular NPC gives you the best coin-meso ratio.

well in windia there are only 2 sellers for HTP (Verivus and the ever famous HefferHeffer) and i dont think people would be willing to trust any more sellers.

I've never hosted zak, but I think, if you sell for 25~35/40~50m splits would be like 5~7m if you get only one buyer or 8~10m for vip. But yet, depending on attackers level you can bring less attackers and more buyers at once. so splits would depend on number of attackers and number of hosts relation and how high is your price.

This guide.... well, it stinks. The only things it talks about are selling PQ wins and organizing Zakum and HT runs (which are nearly impossible for most people).

Not my fault if most my friends host Zak and some are starting to HTPQ? And well, there is already a thread about quests for making money, and in lower levels the easier way for newcomers to make money would be to sell wins and pq prizes. If you were funded, liked merchanting or whatever, many people don't? And also, even though there is a Money making quests' thread many new people come to Basil looking for other ways of getting some mesos. Why not give them other ways, if they don't think the ones already known efficient?

Merchanting is very efficient, unless you're bad at it. In that case, you probably weren't meant to make lots of money in MS.

i'd remove the TS said: "get the max coins you can and get necklaces or equips to sell: average necklace 1m, +2 in some stats is generally 1.5m+" its really bad advice. EDIT: also, add the link to the money making quests. it makes things easier for lazy ppl :D @above: merchanting isn't 'efficient', its how good you are at being a merch which makes a diff. its meso growth rate however is exponential.

I know merchanting is efficient, I myself didn't sell wins on PQs when in a lower level, actually if there is a thing I hated was PQing, but, well... it may spend less time than merchanting, you'll be leveling while getting some mesos, and most people ask for a way to get mesos from 0, with any nx, and some say 'without merchanting and without making quests'. Unless they don't want to make quests, merchant and not even pq, then they can still make some money by pqing. And yes, grats my friends, they are amazing. I know it. I myself when I get to a higher level will host some Zruns/HTPQs like they do. So, it is not impossible, if you work hard. But if you are happy merchanting forever and don't wanna try to host any runs it is your option...? Also this guide would be to help people to get some more mesos, not to make them uber rich or to discuss the efficience of merchanting vs getting money from PQs vs Quest's money. Just if people don't spend much money by PQing (cpq doesnt require pots and LMPQ will give them pots) and earn some while doing this, they'll have better chances to get to a higher level and still be able to buy pots/equips, even though they won't get as rich as a merchanter.

Its a ok guide. There is tons of other ways to make good cash, Quests, monster areas, not only Merchanting and PQs or Bossing. Mini-Bosses can prove to be decent cash. Sakuras are great cash for lv30-lv50, making 200k+ or more an hour, and lv50+ you can do Leps which can easily get you 700k+/hr in pure mesos. My 99 sniper can rake up nearly around 1.2mil-1.4mil an hour in pure mesos there with a pet. There are a lot of quests with good rewards.
