Where do I put on my avatar?

So I used to be on here a lot and had an avatar but it magically disappeared with some layout change I think and since then (that was many months ago) I haven't been able to find how to put on an avatar. It used to be at my basilid but I've looked there and can't see a button to add an avatar or anything. Please excuse my dumb question but help :D

How to change Basil avatar: Basil ID>Basil ID>Players>Add a New Player. I would also post a link, but the restriction is not allowing me to, so I sent you a personal message instead.
