my(dexxless sin has 30 base dex is this a very bad thing or not plz tell me lots of people tell me to start over any advice?

Yeah, you should start a new guy. Dexless is 25 DEX, because of the requirement for the Rogue job. 30 DEX is a disadvantage to you, 5 less LUK than you should have. I recommend you start again.
