| I suppose that the lack of law enforcement, ineffective government, civil wars, constant conflict between other nations, former totalitarian rule, war ravaged lands, former militants with nothing to do, and the incredibly high profit margin for piracy has absolutely nothing to do with there being Pirates. No, they were just innocent fisherman who were subject to their own nation's agreement to dump nuclear waste there, and the only reason they act out is because pirates are generally akin to unruly boys who have abusive parents. |
