IVE BEEN SENDING 10 TICKETS TO THEM AND I NEVER GOT ANY RESPONDS FROM THEM. THE PROBLEM IS I CANT PLAY MAPLE DUE TO A HACKSHIELD ERROR. NO, THERE IS NO THREAD ON HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM I HAVE. THIS IS THE THREAD I MADE problem I'VE ALSO MADE A THREAD ON THE NEXON FORUM, AND NONE OF THE GMS OR HIME HELPED ME. WHATS THE POINT OF "TECHNICAL SUPPORT"? I THINK THTAT NEXON IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. [] AND HOLY SHET I HAVENT PLAYED MAPLE IN 1 YEAR THEN I WANT TO PLAY IT AGAIN NOW LIKE THIS?I'VE WAITED 5 DAYS, AND CAPS MEANS IM MAD

You can play.. Go to your Nexon Folder C:NexonMapleStory and open MapleStory using the new shortcut.

Try going to the nexon file and find maplestory (original). Create a new shortcut from the original and the new shortcut should have a shield beside the mush house. Idk if this is the same problem, but try it if you havent.
