Taken out a while ago sadly. Mr. B said that a small amount of people were actually using the function.

No you can't, but if you put an item on your wishlist, it kinda acts like a buying auction. It will show you, all the people, if any, that are selling that item.

No you cant. Mr Basil got rid of them. Not enough people used them. I wish they were still here though.
