Loll, I was a bit bored and decided to level garnet really high earlier on. I wanted to see if shiva could be summoned before her eidolons were extracted, so I got her to level 17, (96mp, enough to cast diamond dust). I summoned shiva and it crashed the game and deleted the previous save file o_O;; Try it out if you have nothing to do xD

It summons her the first time, every time after that will freeze the game at the summoning stage, it looks like she's shaking her ass at the camera, when you shut it down the next time you load, it will delete one save file, but load the previous one you saved.
