Well in general, not just guys, but anyone who's classified as "hot" simply has a really nice body. It doesn't have to be ripped, but toned. Oh and there are a few people who just have a really seductive kind of face naturally, so I guess you can classify that has hot too. :P Oh and well, confidence can sometimes be seen as sexy too so yeah. Edit: I change my entire answer to what the below said. :P
