If the person levels, you get a lot of rep, but it also depends on their level. Eg. if a lvl 60 jr leveled you might get around 600-800? If a lvl 10 levels, youd get a lot less, im not exactly sure of the figures... sorry

It's 40 rep per 20% and 200 per level.

WHen I leveled to 113 my senior got 1.4k rep but I needed alot of exp and we were both really high levels. If you added a level 8 and they got to level 10 you would get about 1000 I would think.(300 a level about.)
