Tips for falling asleep.

I'm in a huge need of tips. I got a flu yesterday(Womg Swine?<-probably since it's not flu season anymore & my fever's in the 100's). But anyways... I can't seem to sleep very well. I can't sleep at all because it's really uncomfortable and I cannot breathe very well. I have to breathe through my mouth & my sore throat is getting in the way. T~T Any tips please? I can't rest = Can't get better. ._. Thanks.

Whenever I'm sick and can't fall asleep, I usually stare at the ceiling and imagine myself staring at a starry sky. Odd method, but hey, it works for me.

just close your eyes and concentrate on not moving at all and not opening ur eyes no matter what. if you really really need to like blow ur nose or somethign go ahead but try not to if possible.

first go to the doctors to confirm it's the swine flu. then take sleeping pills or just lie in bed, close your eyes, and hope that you fall asleep

Go watch some abstract art documentary, theres this one I watched at school about this woman who painted in the desert and I fell asleep in 3 minutes.
