What is a *chan? I've asked before but I still don't understand. What's so bad about it that we can't even type it on basil? EDIT: i would LOVE a straight answer D:

The site has inappropriate material on it. Even though it's not the main theme of the whole site, it still has it. Basilmarket doesn't want to be associated with it at all. I'm pretty sure that's the reason.

It's basically the starting point of all internet memes. Which is partially why it's banned. The other part is I'm guessing because of the constant naked pictures posted on there.
