My cousin pisses me off

My cousin staying at my house because he's going to college in America since he flunked his college entrance exams in China. Seriously, he's a waste of space. Whenever he eats he just leaves bones and spit out stuff in the bowl. This is because he's in a rush to go back to his room to play WoW or watch random stuff on youtube. He stains the carpet with cup noodle soup which he eats EVERY SINGLE DAY. He downloads using a torrent which slows down the internet in the whole house. I tell him to stop but he denies even downloading (our internet works quickly) anything. The worst part about it is that my mom has to shout at him to make him study for his SATs. He's wasting his parents' money (they're paying living expenses) and wasting our space. I need to find a way to make him study before he fails his SATs. The reason I don't keep nagging on him is whenever I try to get him on task he tells me to shut the hell up (obviously he doesn't want to listen).

That sort of sounds like my cousin, only he's just a little bit lazy, cannot take care of himself, mom treats him like a little kid, lives with parents, and yes, he immigrated from China.

Easy thing. Turn off your house's internet router = No Wow, torrenting, etc. = Studying or he leaves the house. Or tell HIS parents.
