Are you allowed to advertise Profil3 groups?

I know that the rules say you can't advertise your threads or other Maplestory sites on Basilmarket. However, I also know that Profil3, which is also owned by mrbasil, is technically Basilmarket's sister site. So would advertising stuff on there count towards the rule? And even if it does apply, do any of the mods care? P.S. If none of the mods care, please join my guide-writing group. Assuming you write or want to write guides. JOINNNNN!11 P.S.S. And if the mods care, please pretend that you didn't read that thing above this thing. I said, FORGETTT!11

so long as its not spamming, and B himself does not raise a finger against, there should not be an issue, so long as the site in question has some relevance to MS, or even a loose connection to basil.
