Joe Biden should NOT HAVE apologized for discouraging American's from traveling on Planes or Subways. It's true, these places of public transportation ARE among the worst places if you do not want to get SICK. It is really just too easy for a sick person to infect everyone on the entire plane. Seriously. O_O
