How do people get their EWs ? o_o

I saw ppl got EWs and even in Demethos, do they actually gach for them? :O i know its a lame question but i would like to know the answer Thank you~

Gach can used on all worlds, can't they? Also, you know the first meaning for EW in maple is evil wings.....so unless you accompany EW with a number, at least say ele wand or something similar
