NX through Paypal problem

I bought a 25 dollars allaccess mastercard giftcard. So I registered this card through paypal but paypal is holding one dollar so I can't buy the 25k nx. I know paypal gives back that dollar because Ive bought things this way a while back but now its taking forever to return the dollar. Is there anything I can do for them to return the dollar back?

You gotta call the people on the back of the card and tell them to confirm the payment and they'll return your money and let you use the card (Unless they dont take debit/gift cards which they might not)
