Both hurt really bad. The pain is in this part of the arm. Yesterday in gym class we did did exercises with ropes and it's been hurting ever since I woke up. Whenever I try to straighten/bend my arms there's a really sharp pain. Stupid gym teacher What should I do? And please don't say 'go see a doctor' because it's probably not broken or anything.

Edit: i just realised, sprain may not be the right word, but I'm dutch and can't think of another word for it xD Anyway, you get the point: smartest thing would probably to wait it out for a bit.

Most pain like that goes away in under a week, if it doesn't go and see a doctor. Deep heat always works well.

That's a compliment, right? Anyway. I can barely pull my rooms door open. >_> It better be gone soon :I

I cant really explain it scientifically but it happens when doing exercises/workouts because I think your muscle became over stressed and suffered a *micro-injury*, but this usually heals over time and becomes stronger to prevent that same injury. either that or you pulled your muscle lol. either way they heal over time.

Yeah I know what you mean. Don't worry though, it's quite harmless.
