Basil Mistake?

I had my heart set on forging a Dragon Purple Sleve, so I looked up the item on Basil. Basil specifically lists the items needed to forge and instructed me to head to Mos in Leafre. I spent the past month gathering what I needed (at no small cost) and today I finally got everything. So I headed to Mos with a smile on my face and spoke with him, expecting to come out with a Dragon Purple Sleve. Much to my dismay however, there is ONLY Dragon Green Sleve... Is this a mistake of BasilMarket? Or am I doing something wrong here? Green is fugly, I want the Purple one! T_T
