| I guess the people that hate nexon are just unlucky with tickets, or have had bad experiences. When I logged a ticket, it got sent back in one day and fixed my problem really fast. So far I have had good experiences with them, have they improved customer service that much, or some people are just unlucky? Please make sure that any antivirus or firewall programs have listed our games as a safe or trusted source. Your program may not properly be loading because a file is being blocked or has been deleted. If your issue persists, you may need to update your HackShield. Please disable your antivirus and firewalls or make sure that the game is listed as a safe or trusted source. In your Maple Story Folder, open your HackShield Folder, and delete the Update folder: C:NexonMaple StoryHShield -> Delete Update folder. Then, run the HSUpdate.exe.
