Suspended for 3 days. Court hearing soon. CRAP Taks testing. (taks is texas standard testing) I finished in 40 minutes today. easy as crap i had to sit there all day, and my teacher wouldn't let me sleep. ass. so we're about to leave, and my teacher dude says we're waiting for a bell, when they had just come on the announcements saying to release us at 3:00 it was 3:02. big deal, right? everyone was in the halls, and i said, "damn sir, why are we still in here?" he got up in my face and asked me what i said. i told him i said damn. he asked again. i said damn. old Fart. I try to leave, and he blocks my way. i try to go around, and he knocks ,my arms out of the way. I try again, and as i get out my shoulder clips him. apparently the old man didn't like that, and he's suing me for assault on contact. i accidentally bumped him, and he's suing me. Fmylife. this is just great. I want to go into the military in 3 years. thats fantastic. i'm going to have assault on my permanent record.
