yes you can now. they disabled the "gift token" thing a long time ago. you can gift freely now with pay pal or pay by cash nx.

No, you can not gift with paypal, the tokens were taken away, but... you can't gift, nor mts, nor buy meso bags/gachbox keys with paypal nx... the only thing you can do is buy your nx stuff with paypal NX... For PayByCash i don't know, since your PayByCash NX is now listed with the Game Card NX, I never tried gifting with PayByCash after the change, cause the change was implemented after I started using PayPal... PayByCash is slower to confirm your cash, unless you Pay with CC or bank transfer, but that you can do with PayPal... So... that is what I know about it...
