Can't buy store permit?

I have enough for a regular store permit but the buy button is greyed out and I can't click it. I heard your character must be at least a week old to buy it. Is this true? Edit: my char is lv 30.

you have to be lvl 20+ to buy nx items

I dont know but i think you need to be level 15+ to buy it

you need to be 20+ for permit, and the char must be atleast 2/3 weeks old (cant remember how long)

I think it's your account either a week or a month o.e Just check it out every day.

i believe ur account has to be a week old. i had the same trouble also. i got to lvl 40 in less then a week and i still couldnt buy a store i thought my account was glitched up :P

yeah, I'm pretty sure you need to be a week old at least, maybe a month.
