Where can you find 100% knucler scrolls?Can you get them from an npc or you need to buy them in the fm?And if you can get them from an npc so where is it?

You can buy them from the scroll NPC outside of Ellinia and in Orbistower

Buy them from a NPC that sells scrolls. Kerning Swamp (2 maps right I believe) has an NPC there. The Tree that Grew has one somewhere I think. Orbis Tower, I think 14th or so floor has one. Eos Tower, around the 43rd floor has one that sells for 1k cheaper. What'd I miss..

Kerning swamp doesn't sell them, but Ellinia does.
