How to get rid of keylogger?

I just patch my maple and when i play it my anti-virus said that a keylogger is detected. I stop playing maple after that and scan for virus and it say my computer is protected. I play maple again and it detected another keylogger. How to get rid of this keylogger? Sorry if my english is bad, im from asian. And im using Kespersky Anti-Virus 2009

I don't use Kaspersky, but I assume there is someplace where you can add the maplestory folder to a white list or exception list?

Most of the *good* anti-virus programs will work (like AVG which was posted above) Avast! may also work. You need to stay off those spammy sites

google spybot search and destroy and download it. it might help but im not 100% sure
