is my teacher bad?

my art teacher, assigned us to make racial harmony posters for a contest. when she was collecting the works, she noticed that the races are coloured by colour pencils,. because i live in singapore an the four mian races are , chinese , indian, malay and eurasians right? she quarreled with the class that indians and malay can be lighter then you chinese people too. and when one kid said, its just a harmless poster, and its meant to be a poster for a contest and obviously the public is gonna see it and wouldnt they be confused by the races all being pale? my teacher gave him detention. and she eventually touched on the subject on racism and saying that there are darker people then indians like aboriginals and africans. and she also said that australia is an exetremly racist country to asians just because her friend got spit on by an australian thugr, and she profiles all australians to be racists. should i report to the head of department about this issue?

Wow... Ummm.... IMO if a race is characterized bye a certain color i see no problem making a generalization about color on a poster IMO i would hate your teacher

yea like countless of sians are in australian schools studyign abroad right? at least that what my cousin tells me when he was studying there and 50% of the school consists of asians

Which... is why she hated on the poster on the first place? Because of colouring that was supposed to represent the correct shades of... oh wait no, I can't go into this topic, or I will get a detention. Sozzz.
