We sincerely apologise for this unfortunate incident. To reimburse our players, we will be providing a compensation package to all affected players who have reported their cases via Qbox from 15th June 2008 to 21st April 2009. On top of reimbursing the players with equipment suited to their level and class (capped at level 90) per character, the compensation package will also include: A) 200 Power Elixir per character; and B) 10,000 Maple points per reported account. To receive the compensation package, players are to seek out NPC Tia. Please note that only a set of equipments is given to each reported character and Maple points is only given to each reported account. At the same time, we are pleased to introduce the Hacking Trace Service in MapleSEA! This new service developed by NEXON is built to protect your important information from hackers so that you can enjoy gaming in a safer environment. Currently, a trial version has been implemented, but the full version will follow shortly. Last but not least, we would like to thank all our players for their feedback.
