I have a semi-godly (In my opinion), Blue Old Wisconsin. Started off with 5 accuracy, below average, but got it cheap (1M) I scrolled it with 1 30%, and 4 70%s. All worked. At the moment, it's 6 dex, 17 accuracy. Pretty nice in my opinion. :D Should I finish it off with 70s? Or don't even continue scrolling it all? Scrolling theory story! :D Y'all hate my theory. .__.

70% will always work 70% of the time. Paying more for the same item doesn't increase its chance of success. That's superstition. You might as well strip down to your underwear, wear a bowl of fruit on your head, sing and dance to the Macarena 5 times THEN scroll hoping it'll increases your chances of success. no 60s are unlucky 60% is closer to 50. 70 is closer to 100 ^.^

Whats ironic is that every scrolls I use for fun...works, I scrolled an ownage purple colored nub top today. Also, my scrolling for my Xbowman is pro too, I scrolled a 76 attack Maple Xbow (purple) when I decided I would go buy another maple xbow that I had found for 1m, since I had 4 xbow 30%s and some 60%s on me, I thought why not? And bam, 6/7 worked. When I tried to scroll my other 3 atk PAC for my Drk, 2/5 work. GG.
