| It all started with a message i got through Basilmarket mail. it was promoting a Pizza Slice with the initials of M.O.M i had played a Pizza Slices before and was very interested with the offer. there was a catch, it supposedly opened on 5-1-09 and i had to sign up beforehand to get to try it out. it wasn't anything big, just asked for your new ID name, pass and your email so they can email you when u got to test it out.. now i had used the same password for everything since my first email account. i didnt know it would hit me this hard. Pay attention, this is where the hacker gets lucky. the next day i was browsing through the general section when i saw a thread made by me promoting a Pizza Slice. i was confused at first but had realized that my GoDiego Basilmarket account had been hacked. it wasnt a big deal, i didnt even know how they got into it. i then realized that i had used the same password for basilmarket as the password i entered for my New Pizza Slice ID Password. I logged onto Myspace to see that a new message has arrived. it was my best friend (lets just call him J) J"hey buddie hows it goin? Me: Text meh J: cant lost my phone Me: wow J, wow. wutsh up? J: nothing, can i play on your maplestory? Me: yea sure but i thought u had a mac? J: i fixed it Me: *gives info* tell me when your bored J: *loggs off immediately* it wasnt until a day after that i logged onto maplestory. All my characters had been hacked.. i wasn't even mad but just curious how ANYBODY could've gotten it. i texted by friend J furiously, Me: DUDE WTTTFF J: what..? Me: wheres all my stuff? J: what stuff Me: MS STUFF! Me: when did u last log in to it J: like months ago why? Me: no.. u asked for my stuff yesterday rmber? J: noo? Me: *sends pic of myspace mail to him* J: DUDE i think my Myspace got hacked! is that why someone added G@y bigfoot on my f list? i thought for a moment... then it hit me.. When i signed up for a Pizza Slice i had to make a new ID for it. i used the same password for that with everything eles. the hacker got to my Basilmarket account first then headed to my email, which i left on the sign up page. he guessed it would be the same password for my email too.. and guess what? it worked! got into my email and found out my friend J's myspace info(he used my email for his myspace) got into J's myspace. messaged his top friend. Me said he lost his phone and coincidentally, my friend had'nt texted back in like 4 hours so i believed him he took a shot in asking me for my maplestory info. if it was anybody eles on his top friends list they would've been like... whats MS? hacked me.. If you ask me that is THE luckiest hacker in the world. |
