Qualities of a Good Guild?

I've been sick of my guild lately, and finding a new guild isn't going so well right now. so I though maybe I'd open up a guild myself =) Just a few things I'm questioning: What do good guilds do? (cause I've been in.... like no really good guilds) What makes a good guild leader? (like if you're in a good guild, what makes your leader great?) How do you attract good members? How much does it cost to make a guild? That's pretty much it....and if you think your guild is awesome (and it's in windia) then PM.whisp or something, I might join~ (btw I am online right now)

your problem is that you play in windia. ps: only becuase i heard that windia's the worst server (most hackers, a**holes, etc)

To be a good guild leader, you must have some good friends first to help moderate the guild. You must be kind and enforce the rules. ( No hacking, scamming, cursing, being mean, anything you want ) You must have a lot of money and a guild theme ( The name you talk about and cherish ( guild name ). You should have a lot of mesos to have expansions and stuff. You could gpq, but that is frustrating. You should have guild events and a guild forum or website.

Good guilds help noobier members and give them stuff if they can. A good guild leader is nice and helps all of the members when possible. You attract good guild members if members of the guild tell other people that the guild is really nice and stuff. It costs 1m to make a guild.

cost: 1.5mil for guild 5mil emblem 500k then 1.5mil then 2.5mil(so on) till 5 mill for expansions then its always 5mil guild leader: as i former guild and alliance leader, i find a good leader must be: patient kind openminded active(atleast 4 days a week) getting members: luck basically or your friends recruiting is pretty good in lmpq area, depending on what lvls you want Good Luck if you make a guild. =)

1. Good guilds do GPQ.... maybe some contests. I dunno. I don't do that much. O-o 2. One who's always at least relatively fun. Nobody likes a strict guild leader. 3. If you have nx, smega. If you don't have nx, go to the regular pq areas and recruit all guildless people. keep the people who levels at least once every 2 weeks or something and expel the rest. Repeat until you have attained 100 people. Setting up match cards/store overnight to recruit can also help. 4. 1mil for guild. 5mil for emblem. 500k+1mil+1.5mil+2mil+2.5mil+3mil+3.5mil+4mil+4.5mil+5mil+5mil+5mil+5mil+5mil+5mil+5mil+5mil+5mil for expansions. Too lazy to get the calculator.

That's pretty much it....and if you think your guild is awesome (and it's in windia) then PM.whisp or something, I might join~ (btw I am online right now)" A good guild has a mixed of high to low levels and their active, alliance makes it just a bit better what makes a good guild leader is someone who isn't picky on who they pick, they don't discriminate with job/class, they're real not the all knowing about what, they HELP people who need it, they are active talkers in moments, they listen to what others have to say, they avoid the stupid drama that causes people to quit, they plan events; leaders who don't suck, the jr's they pick have usual traits; makes it diverse, they aren't less than 18 cause it just won't last and it will die (less then 1~3 months i mean) how to attract good members? just party a random stranger see for YOURSELF he's a good man not by the words of others, BY YOU, ask your friend's friend and their friends and so forth if that their guild sucked and want a better one, well then you pick out what you think is cool by YOU intuition not by others as far as i know the simple fee to make the guild is needed but i do hear you have free expansion that if you put ALL you money in storage and try to expand will it will expand (just a rumor not so sure)

It's not really a requirement that a good guild has to do certain things, but some things are basic. Fairness, tolerance, open-mindedness, humor, activeness, similar level range (believe me, people like 30+ levels higher than you do not want anything to do with you unless they can benefit in some way).
