Are there still Crogs on the Orbis boat? Ive been on over 10 rides and no Crog

Yeah, one day i rode the boat like 10 times, the first 8 nothing came so i decided just to afk uptop the ship. Rog killed me. Next time i go uptop ship, rog kills me again. Rogs still come but they definetly reduced the %

They used to come almost 30% of the time... Now everytime I go on, I don't see one anymore =/
