He's got 20+ Near or Perfect Equips, I personally think he dupes, post your ideas below, my friend told me to MTS him and i believe he is a duper.

He can have connections to fm people, whom sells white scrolls and 10%'s. All it takes is nearly 100 white scrolls as well as 100 10%'s to perfect or come close to near perfect stat items.

He uses a Shynobi Bracer. I'd Expect a Duper, at 4th job, to be using a Sleave. Stop QQ'ing about something that doesn't concern you. He's In Bera, and he's a pretty cool guy. If anything, complain about merchant guilds, or something Vile towards the maple community. Such as Merchant guilds.
