| your billing address on the card and your ip location are not close enough. For example credit card has billing address from florida and you try to charge nx using that card at new york. To fix it change the billing address to your geographical area. |

| i had the same problem i think is cause because you used 2 different credit cards in the same nexon account, i fix it by sending a message to paypal it took days to get a response from paypal since then im now using nxcards |

| nahh it works but u just need to be over 18. same thing happened to me. if ur not 18 then have fun waiting. unless u got a credit card. which is different from a debit card. |
