Well title pretty much covers it. And if its relevant I should have 6.1k hp threshold zerk limit unwashed drk. I'm also 129 getting bored of peak/himes any suggestions on alternative solo areas or am I stuck with those 2 places as good exp?

cornians if you got enough accuracy. wyverns too. if you can 1hit any other slightly loewr level monsters, go to those.

Cornians require how much accuracy? I have 141 accuracy and I can switch to my pretty bad skies which are 107/9 for more accuracy if needed. I also carry sniper pills. I would like a training spot where I could be at my best but anything else right now would help I am in need of a scenario change.

I would stay at himes seeing as you didnt' max Beholder first. You won't be able to consistently 1hko or 2hko anything for good exp.

I didn't max beholder but I have it at lvl 4 which gives me 10% mastery. My dmg range with DB is 21xx-54xx. I can actually 2hko skeles w/o def buff ocassionally although I rarely do it. And so far my philosophy is that MW gives me more dmg which in the long run will upgrade my lower dmg. So instead of putting points to increase my minimum dmg I will raise my max dmg with MW and my minimum will go up as well just not as much as it would be with beholder. I would think it is far more useful this way.

Plus, you will only need 6 more points to max beholder if you have it at 4, whereas you will need 20 to max MW.

I did the dmg calculations thanks to the hidden street dmg calculator. I still think the benefits of MW (even at level 9) would benefit me far more then 10% more mastery although I tend to think differently about my builds. Achieving the more stable dmg is good but I would prefer to be less stable and being able to 2hko vs stable dmg and 3hko (rarely will 2hko). If any other drk has done what I've done could you tell me its worked for you so far?

If your talking about 2hko'ing 100% with w/def up, you will need a max range of ~6000, max serk, and maxed beholder.

I train at peak where def up isn't the problem and seeing as how I don't really know any bishops I will continue to solo peak. I guess I forgot to mention my dmg range would be 21xx-64xx with MW19/20. If i went with beholder first instead the dmg range would change to 24xx-61xx which still gives me enough to 2hko. And I calculated with that much of a difference in minimum damage I would only be losing out on 1k dmg minimum dmg with zerk.

The skele minidungeon is like twice as fast as peak. o-o
chickenpoodl 04/24/09 + PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT
max beholder first. its your minimum range thats screwing you over right now and will consistently continue to do so until you get your 80% mastery.
sumyounguy 04/24/09 + PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT
Twice as fast with party solo it kinda doesn't compare. Peak has no def boost and seeing as how I can't 2hko at all there I would much rather peak because nest golems get taken down in 2 crushers and the skelesaurus occassionaly go down in 2 curshers. The Restoring Memory map I will not ever 2hko at least not yet.

Do you have spear fury? With spear fury, crusher and berserk gobies aren't bad if you 2hit gobies with spear fury Squids too aren't that bad. Not sure if it's that good as peak, but since you are bored...
