Threadstarter power

k this suggestion came to my mind. I think that the threadstarter should be allowed to delete posts by other people if he/she finds them either (flame, not nice, not contributing, etc). It is the ts's thread so he should have authority over the comments. When mods suspend you it doesn't really help because you can get suspended for 1-5 days over something so small and a lot of ppl end up doing it again and again. Most of the comments relate to the threadstarter's thread so it should be his decision whether he likes the comment or not. edit: another suggestion would be to hide the comments instead of deleting them like on youtube. They could just delete certain comments to seem like they did nothing wrong (If they did). Or, a friend would delete another friend's comment just so he plays with the situation. So, no, this has been suggested before, but sorry, it would be severely abused.

Of course, I'm not saying that your are the type of person that can't handle things, but.....lol..this is BasilMarket..This site is full of immature teenagers (I'll not say kiddies because...well..c'mon don't be stupid.)

If the thread starter abuses the comment, then.. maybe the post-ers need some kind of power too. Like... if 78% of the people thinks that the TS is abusing it, then the TS is replaced by a grey blob or THE BASIL BUNNY 8D. Or just close the thread.
