Once you hit rock bottom, things can't get any worse, really. That's all there is to it. If things can't get any worse, they can only get better, or stay the same, and if they stay the same that's ok because you've already survived that. But for the most part, they can only get better.

Oh thanks for that! i was worried for a second there.... O.o And being at rock bottom really isnt the best... i mean wouldnt u rather not be at rock bottom and dont have to work to become better then start at rock bottom, have no motivation to be a better person, and maybe get no where? If u ask a majority of people, im pretty sure they'd rather NOT be at rock bottom. :D
