1/3 Gacha Box Keys Worked? Help?

I went to the cash shop to buy a key because I wanted one of those star bandanas. So I buy one for 1.2k NX and its in my inventory, at first, i forgot how to use it and double clicked it. Nothing happened. So I remembered we had to put the key onto the box. So I open the box window thing. Then I try to click on the key, but i can't click anything else. So I just click "Okay" and it says the key isn't in my inventory. I was like "I really want something!" Then I buy another one. Click the box, press okay and it opens. I get a Black Wisconsin. Then I was disappointed because I already had one So i bought another box. Then i tried it again, it didn't work. What's up with that? I do something wrong or Nexon is ripping me off?

Just double click the box. It says so on the item description.

make sure your useing silver keys for silver box's and gold keys for gold box's

I bought the silver key for 1.2k and used silver boxes. only 1 worked and 2 others just dissappeared

I lost a silver key to a box too. Just have to wait until Nexon realizes and fixes it. Hopefully we can get refunds.
