She sounds like an average singer imo. Average range, almost pitch-perfect, sometimes forgets to sing through the diagphram.. I think she`s only famous because she`s, well, not media attractive. btw Paul > Susan

She's pretty amazing but the people on youtube who rave on about her making them cry are just annoying.

ok first things first people were agiants her thinking she couldnt sing at all because of her looks.The second things is that she is 40yrs old with an amazing voice and hasnt been heard by a live audience

You may not like the media covering her all the time, but that's entertainment. They need to have interesting stories that more people want to hear rather than pleasing the few who are different such as yourself. I honestly dont see her greatness either. She's a good singer, but there are lots of great singers too. However, I'm not annoyed by the media coverage like you are.
