Shockwave instead of Stun Mastery?

Would it be better to max shockwave instead of stun mastery? Is stun mastery even all that effective? Does any fourth job move need stun mastery? (Stupid question but I just wanna know)

Not really, because stun mastery improves training speed A LOT, and shockwave is useless after dragon strike

well... personally i think energy charge with hp drain is better then both of those but if i was to chose one of those then it would be shockwave cuz u wont ever use backspin blow and uppercut as much as, say corckscrew

Shockwave isn't exactly useful as already explained by kaptain but also, apparently, it only works on a flat map and it has a slow cast-time. You'd be better off with stun mastery.

Stun mastery is useful for barrage and demolition since they hit multiple times. More hits = More chances of crit

You dont max drain for bucca's :P Shockwave max be effective but your not gonna be transformed ALL the time, so why not have a good steady damage output with crits?

Dont get Shockwave and Transform until the last moment, and only get like 21 in it (or even add points into Boost/Barrel instead >_>) because you wont make 4th job before the KMS updates, probably.

Why not before the KMS updates whats so special about the kms updates o.O, will transform be able to use all skills after the update? If so would it be worthwhile to max it.

u need to max transform for super transofrm in 4th job and get shockwave to 21 then stop, max everything else, and yes i would do stun mastery first that wat i did after getting lvl 4 charge, then max stun+charge then blast, then drain MAX IT!, then finally transform and lvl 21 shockwave, no u wont have points after this build, but i reccommed it and so do the top bucc friends i have in bera

Dragon Strike beats Shockwave, but you cant use it in transform right now. After the KMS updates, Dragonstrike replaces Shockwave as your transformed mob attack.

Stun Mastery is kind of meh in third job, especially if you train at Typhons/Windraiders. But in 4th job it's great with Barrage.
