I'd say White Potions, or Supreme Pizzas can work as well. Is your MP at least 4667? If so use Mana Bulls, otherwise Sorcerer Elixirs.

If your MP is greater than 4400 or so, you can buy Ginseng Roots. They heal 40% of HP and MP, and when you have that much MP, they are cheaper than Sorcerer Elixers in terms of mesos-per-MP.
