Steelys or Tobis

I was wondering if I should get tobis or steelys for my new sin. I have about 10-15m in funding, but not too many sin equips. I was thinking about buying tobis and saving up for good claws, a pac, luk robe, etc. And then get steelys or ilbies later. Yes I'm dexless. Please don't flame, I'm a nice one :]

I think buy one set of steelies it makes you look good, which, if your not a fan of being flashy, at least makes you look good in pq, you dont look out of classs against some other sins, and in some cases like lmpq you only need one set. Plus there really cheap. Then buy a couple of tobies and maybe a few icys.

I would say steelys but get tobis and get a good a 6 atk. wg or a good claw..

alot of tobis would b better choice... im selling my ilbis and using money to get buncha steelies :P but still, im partially saving for my zhelm D:

if u would ask me, im more of a quality > quantity type of a sin. I'd rather have people say "nice ilbis" though i only have 5 sets, than not get any recognition for lower stars, but that's just me. I like being praised and the feeling of prestige. I only have a few stars because it also adjusts to my training style and length. It all depends on how long and how u train. And especially, where you're going to have more fun with. Lastly, sooner or later, you're going to adjust your stars to at least steely by lv50. Don't get me wrong on this, tobis are the most practical stars, if not then the most practical are steelies. Since you're spending your 15M on other stuff as well, I'd recommend getting tobis, if not get icies. DO NOT GET STEELIES AS YOUR MAIN STARS but get A FEW just because their price is a bit low ATM and it will sky rocket just as ilbies pretty much got multiplied by 1.75x in windia.

How much is "alot of tobis"? Well I just found some random items on my mules that I could probably sell and get a total of 35m. So now I have about 5m and 16 tobis (I bought 8, friend gave me 4, and I found 4 on my mule). If I sell all my items, I can get somewhere between 30-40m (not sure how long that'll take though) Does that change what stars I should buy, or should I still stick with tobis until I get better claws.

I thought you might want 2~3 steelies just for fun and then sell them later when you reach 50 for good equips like bracer/dep/zhelm/pac/even fs. You won't be able to afford them all, but you will someday =D EDIT: 16 is enough for 2~3 hour grinding if you grind in the right places. Hermits grind 2~3 hours with 25 sets of stars w/ SP. You have plenty.

Steelys look sexy, but Tobis are cool too. I use Tobis Since you only have 10-15m to spend on stars, get Tobis so you can save for a claw (since you're Dexless).
