First of all, this is a serious thread. I am extremely freaked out, please just write down SERIOUS answers. At occasions, I feel like the back of my head on the right or left side just got punctured by a nail. The pain lasts for a only a few seconds, but after that it's over. It sometimes happens after I turn my neck or just do nothing at all. Please, someone help me. I am really freaked out... IT FEELS LIKE A STING. I don't want to go to a doctor now. I don't want to get my parents involved or they're gonna make an excuse on video games or something..really long story

Is there anything serious that can be asked on Basil? The answer seems obvious to me...

Try Web MD? or see doctor. My answer and I am not a certified doctor is to get more sleep and eat healthier.

I use to feel pains randomly everywhere, I didn't care, or think about it, and it gradually stopped. Since you're afraid right now, you probably think it's cancer x). It's probably not though, ask your parents or go see a doctor.

Try to google it if you REALLY don't want to tell anyone, although I highly recommend you do.

You're most likely pinching nerve endings near the bottom of your brain and top of your spinal cord as you turn your neck.
