| I may have made some sort of mistake, but i just cant figure this out. I want to uptade the character info on my beginner. Currently it says its level 32, and it has an out-dated character pic for it. But really, my beginner is level 41... So im trying to update it, by changing the level to 41, and also i want to use the character picture from the rankings but every time i hit 'submit' after changing that, it resets the page and tells me i have to select the characters class. but, i cant do that when im editing the player info... i tried reporting the problem, but i got no answer nor help, so i figured id ask you guys for some help |

| Well, is this what your doing? First, go into your BasilID. Here, go to "Players" Under each player, is "Edit Player." Click that button for the player in question. It's basically straight forward from here on. Go to the drop down menu for level, and select your player level. Then, go to the drop down menu for Player picture, and select: "Get My Player Automatically From Rankings." |

| Yeah thats exactly what I'm doing. The problem is, as soon as i click submit, it redirects me back to that page, with all the information reset, telling me i have to select the class and job for that character |

I know it sounds odd.. but it can get the job done. |
