Question about monster cards

After you get 5 cards from one monster, does the effect that it gives stay, whenever you are training at that monster? and if it doesn't, can you get more than 5 cards from one kind of monster?

When I was at Drum Bunnies, I collected 5 cards. The first 4 gave 10 minutes of the effect, while the last one gave a full hour. You CAN loot more than 5 cards, but they don't give any more effect to it. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

Then what is the point if you don't get the extra bonus permanent?...I mean, it's not much anyways O_o...(only on newties..like 500 more exp)

the effect last 10, 10, 10, 10, 60 mins respectively. no more than 5 cards per monster may be collected
